Character Personality
General Personality [2+ PARAGRAPHS]:
Elise is a very carefree person. She doesn't like being taken advantage of, and can be a strong person when it comes to what she believes, but anywhere before that and it's pretty pitiful. She's mostly go-with-the flow. Some things just aren't important enough to worry about, especially with the other things going on in the world. From death to destruction, chaos and chlorea. It's all pretty frightening if you think about it, but Elise just keeps a positive attitude.
With that positive attitude, comes a very artsy side of her. Since she knows of the darkness out there, that can often come to lend a hand in the artist inside of her, both in words and in visuals. Still, the cheeryness can keep everything from being so dark. It's part of the reason she's a Hufflepuff. It takes a strong will to keep from being too down in the dumps, especially in times of trouble.
Still, with being cheery, she can often act a bit young. Sometimes this works out okay, but others it makes her hard to deal with. Often she'll be easily distracted, jumpy, anxious, and talk way too much. It can really bring out the good side of her though, if you don't mind her acting much like a 10 year old. Some may even find it charming. Overall, she doesn't focus well, only in times of dire need. During tests she's been known to zone out until the last 10 minutes, and get a decent grade.
As far as academics go, she's a pretty good student. She's in the above average range, and if she pushed herself, could probably get the highest letter grade. Instead, it kinda falters, going between the Muggle equivilent of mostly As to mostly Bs, on and off. Usually no Cs, except in really bad times. Some subjects, like Divination, just click with her. Others, just DON'T.

General Appearance [2+ Paragraphs]:
Elise is around 5'5", coming in at a bit tall, but right around average. She's on the skinny side, but not to either extreme there either. Her light brown hair falls to the middle of her back, with a curvy-wave to it. It frames her slightly square face, with a long side bang that doesn't cover her eyes. This will sometimes be worn as a normal bang, depending on if she feels like it that morning. Sometimes she'll decide to do something fun, mostly if she wakes up a bit early, and in the mood. Usually there's no makeup on this fair face, just a bit of lotions and potions to keep it clear. Of course she'll admit that her nose is a bit wide, along with her mouth. Often her eyes will seem a bit dwarfed in comparison, but overall if you don't look to close, it's appealing enough.
Her clothing style isn't grand, rather the opposite. Get her in some comfortable clothing and she's happy. Instead of being the girl that dressed up in Mom's clothes, she'd rather be in the mud with a friend, getting everything soiled. She doesn't frequently clothes shop, so most of the stuff is the same. Quality, not quantity! Mostly it's jeans-no skirts-and tees. Jackets are fun too. The colors range from neon greens to pastel pinks, mostly in the greens, blues, yellows, and reds. The primary colors, depending on what set you're talking about. Accessories are a hassle, not a need, but a necklace can look just right.

Opinion on Family:
"I really do love me family, although a bit disconnected. Sometimes it can build people stronger I guess. Since then you don't have to deal with their bad sides as much. My bro gets a bit protective, I get enough of it from Mom and Dad at home. 'It's dangerous!' Blah blah blah. He's good to have around though. Luckily, we're not in the same house. I think he'd act like my secret service. We're not even a year apart. He's still taller though. That ALWAYS helps."

History [3+ Paragraphs]:
Elise's parents were sweethearts since 20, meeting each other just out of graduation. Her mom was from wizard school, and he from Muggle, but that was totally cool. She didn't care about the pure-blood thing, and she hoped her kids wouldn't either. Her first was Kyle, a brilliant young boy. He gave them some grief, but Elise was soon coming anyways. Elise was a little more calm, until she got to walking. She was thrilled with it, and would trod around the house at an early age. Little bits of magic would already spurt about, and by then Dad already knew about the magic thing. A bit surprised, yes, but it was okay.
It wasn't long after she could talk that her Seer abilities were unveiled. She could stare at someone awhile, and ask to see their hand, or another little hint at their life, and start telling them all about what she could see. It was definitely a new freak out to Dad, and even to Mom. It wasn't very known in her family, it skipped around a lot. Even still, it had found its way to Elise. Kyle was already protective of her, walking her to school every day. Even though it was barely a year, her being 'special' made her seem fragile. Elise didn't care, it was company.
When Kyle got his letter, she immediately wanted one. This was one of the first mentions of Hogwarts, even though her parents had been seeming a bit more anxious than normal. They spoke of it rarely, and now she really knew what it was. Wizard school! This would be great. Soon, she could join her brother there. She missed him a lot, and counted the days until the same day Kyle had gotten his letter. It had been a day late, and she had been very worried.
Immediately after, her mom took her out shopping. It was the greatest time she had, picking everything out. Already she was wondering what house she would be in. Gryffendor like her brother? That'd be cool. Later it would be more like a hassle, but that wasn't known then. She ended up being put in Hufflepuff, and she was okay with that. It wasn't like they were enemies with anyone. Some Slytherans gave her trouble, but Kyle was often there, or other friends were. It was all going smooth. Even though her grades were rocky, it was doing good enough for them. Dad didn't even know the system, so he was pleased with whatever they could bring home.
She was soon a Flying Pheonix, after bugging both her brother and any member she could get her mouth to. Going to the point to setting traps for them, she was finally let in. It was exciting, and she really thought she could do something there.
Role-Play Sample [2+ Paragraphs]:
Myna walked into the bare gym which smelled funky. It smelled like... old gym socks and someone who wasn't allowed to use the bathroom. She shuddered at a thought of someone who valued the time so much they wouldn't even ask to use the bathroom. She swept out her arms sending a strong tornado like breeze to clean the room. At least then it would smell fresh, even if she couldn't make it smell like flowers. She set up a small fan for Zuris and a very large blowing fan for Chinis. She set up a barrier blocking out the wind from the other areas for Safis. The thing she hated most about these classes were how much air and wind there was making it hard for people to hear. She made sure to keep the windows open, no need to keep it all into one small tornado lifting the gym... it almost happened once when it felt too hot to keep the windows open, luckily enough, there were lots of heavy things on the floor to keep it from going up. It still needed a lot of repairs. She shuddered again and kept on with her work. She set up baskets of leaves and rocks, as well as some heavier things if there were people moving fast, or if they needed punishment. Setting up the stations and baskets she felt prepared forming her air bubble around her. She didn't need herself flying everywhere. Which reminded her to get out the lead shoes from the closet. They were going to need them. First days were always chaos.
The class was going smoothly, she had already given out 10 detention slips, 20 late passes, and 5 extra large homework assignments. It was actually one of the better classes. "Now, get in front of a fan, they are labeled with Safi, Zuri, and Chiri. Start by moving the leaves and work your way up to rocks. By the end of class you should be able to levitate yoursef." Many moans spread through the crowd. Some of the older ones only smirked, ready for a chance to show their power. "NOW GET GOING OR I WILL FILL OUT MORE SLIPS!!" Everyone ran to their stations, some of the people on their last years used the wind to move faster. Since she already gave out lots of punishment, they didn't want to be next.
When all was done, there were many bruises and bumps. Everyone was sore, the bell rung and they trudged out of the classroom to English. "Get going before you get a late slip from ME!" she snapped at some of the students going veeerrry slowly, taking their time. When they heard Myna yell, they ran off, not wanting anything more to happen.
